There is nothing like a gathering of old friends to welcome spring to Crozet, Virginia, but a disgruntled spirit from the past brings the joyous festivities to a halt when, in broad daylight, a history professor is shot to death by an unknown killer on a golf course.  A second grisly discovery sends Harry and her feline accomplices deep into the state’s Revolutionary past.
