SMART LIGHTING & THE FUTURE OF ENERGY
Lunchtime Talk: Thursday July 18th at 12pm

The library is wrapping up an energy-efficiency improvement project funded in part by the Penelec Sustainable Energy Grant. Stop by for an informal discussion and summary about this energy-saving project, smart lighting and the library’s planned investment in energy security for the future. UNION STREET PLAYGROUND OUTDOOR FUN
Storytime, Craft, & Robots: Mondays 11am-1pm

Come join us for some programming under the pavilion at the Union Street Playground Mondays through August 5th! An outdoor storytime and craft is from 11am-12pm, followed by Finch robot programming, 12pm-1pm. Bring your bathing suits as the sprinkler will also be on!  No signup necessary, just show up!

FREE OUTDOOR MOVIE @ Trinity Park

See the “How to Train Your Dragon 3: The Hidden World”(PG, 2019) at the 2019 Chalk the Block Festival in Uptown Somerset. This will be our first movie in Uptown’s Somerset’ s new Trinity Park, located near the Diamond in the center of town. This is a collaborative effort of the Biesecker Library, Laurel Arts, and Somerset Inc called “Films on the Town”. SIGN UP online.

WRITER’S GROUP
