AIPI Institute through PPG Boys and Girls Club

We’re proud to announce that we’re collaborating with the PPG Boys and Girls Club for the Artificial Intelligence and Pathways Institute! Telling stories across town, page to page

We’re partnering with other local libraries for the Somerset County Story Stroll! Read a children’s book while you walk through Uptown Somerset. Learn more about this program and find out what 6 books are available to read at different locations around the county on our story stroll page.

Get low-cost internet through the library

An internet hotspot checkout program is currently available in collaboration with the Somerset County Library to check out an affordable internet option for $35 per month to library patrons. For a complete description of the program, visit hotspot.maryslibrary.com.

Available at the Front Desk

The Biesecker Library is offering free ukulele checkouts! Anyone interested in learning and practicing a musical instrument can stop by the front desk and check out a ukulele for free, or join a waitlist if none are available. Learn more
