There is no longer a need to manually renew books! The SPARK system will automatically renew all items for an additional two weeks on the fourth day before they are due, unless someone has requested the item on hold. This auto-renewal will happen up to two times before the book needs to be returned to the library. You will receive an email or text notification when the renewal processes, or if we aren’t able to renew due to a request or hold. In addition, the library is no longer charging overdue due fines; patrons will only be charged for lost, damaged or stolen items.
