We have a wonderful collection of books and videos for children of all ages. From books for toddlers to books for young adults; we have something for every child.
The Children's room is also a great place for children to come to sit and relax, read a book, or make a craft with our new Art Cart. They can also come and play on our children's computer. We have close to 40 fun & educational games available for use at the library.
The Mary S. Biesecker Public Library also offers regular story times throughout the year for children of all ages. |

PreK meets Tuesday or Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. K-3 meets Tuesday or Wednesday at 10:45 (The Program does not change from Tuesday to Wednesday. The multiple days are for convenience of attendance.) The Summer Reading dates are: June 22/23, June 29/30, July 6/7, July 13/14, and the final party will be July 21 at 10:30 a.m. There will be additional dates and information for Dinner & a Movie (also part of our summer reading programs) as well as programs for Young Adults (More on that soon.) |

Do You Love "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" by Jeff Kinney
Come in and check out the books for the first time, or read them again. We have:

We also have a cardboard Standee (pictured below) in our children's room. We will be giving it away in our Grand Prize Drawings for the "Dinner & a Movie" reading incentive program, starting in June. Children ages 8-12 are invited to participate.
